Refunds

Within 3 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from saigonflowershop.vn, for any reason, for a full refund (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).

• Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) gift basket.

We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Replaces

Within 3 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from saigonflowershop.vn, for a replacement.

• Faulty items.
• Items damaged in transit.
